By utilizing the Fin-Solve Accounting website or executing a formal engagement letter with our firm, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

Fin-Solve Accounting provides virtual bookkeeping, corporate tax preparation, fractional CFO advisory, and related financial consulting services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and fees will be explicitly detailed in a separate, mutually signed Engagement Letter.

3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our services, clients agree to the following responsibilities:
- Provide complete, accurate, and timely financial documentation required for us to perform our duties.
- Maintain the original copies of all financial records, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Review all financial statements and tax returns prepared by our firm prior to finalizing or filing.
- Promptly notify our team of any changes in corporate structure, ownership, or financial standing.
4. Confidentiality and Data Security
We are bound by strict professional standards of confidentiality. All corporate financial data, trade secrets, and proprietary information shared with Fin-Solve Accounting will be held in strict confidence. 5. Payment Terms
Fees for our services are billed as outlined in your specific Engagement Letter. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due upon receipt. Fin-Solve Accounting reserves the right to suspend services or withhold final deliverables if an account becomes past due.
6. Limitation of Liability
Fin-Solve Accounting performs its services in accordance with standard professional accounting practices. However, we are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or omitted information provided by the client. In no event shall Fin-Solve Accounting, its partners, or employees be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the professional relationship at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the date of termination. Fin-Solve Accounting will securely return or destroy all client records in accordance with our data retention policies.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate engagement agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
